| Item (typical portion) | kcal |

| Kheer (1 katori, 120 g) | ~200 |
| Rabri (1 katori, 80 g) | ~200 |
| Shrikhand (1 katori, 100 g) | ~210 |

Kheer, rabri and shrikhand are often served chilled; gajar halwa is usually warm.
Ice cream is mostly cream, milk and sugar, so a small scoop carries more than it looks. A tub scoop is usually 50 to 60 g, but a café scoop can be double. A cone adds the wafer on top of the scoops, and falooda adds sweet syrup, vermicelli and sometimes ice cream or kulfi to a glass of milk, which is why it comes to about 350 kcal.
Gola and ice-pops are the lightest because they are mostly ice and syrup. The calories in a gola come from the sugar syrup, so a bigger pour of syrup is a bigger number.
